Children's Ministry
Branch’s Kids Ministry – A safe place where children can come to love Jesus. Trained volunteers will teach Bible lessons using a multi sensory approach.
Come explore the Bible with us and we might build aluminum boats and use pennies to see which will sink first or put sugar into a soda to watch it overflow. Then I will hear, “Do it again.”
God does not want us to sink in our world today. He is waiting to give each one of us His love which is so sweet and overflowing.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT BRANCH'S FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH:
5:30—6:30 p.m. Supper (available for all ages)
7:00—8:00 p.m. Children’s Bible Study
7:00—8:00 p.m. Youth Bible Study
PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN AND YOUTH ARE NOT CURRENTLY MEETING ON SUNDAY MORNINGS.
The schedule below was for Sunday mornings prior to the COVID pandemic.
9:30 -10:30
Preschool Classes are available for children 2-4 years old. Trained teachers will love and care for your child as they share Jesus, using a Hands-on Bible approach. Children will discover their creator as they touch, smell, listen and hear the stories in the Bible.
Elementary classes are available for children in grades K through 5th grade. Our classrooms are safe and led by trained volunteers who will love your child as they share the truth in God’s word.
10:30 – 11:00
Fellowship Time – Join us for coffee and some sweets. The children are invited as well.
11:00 -12:00
Extended Session –
Preschool children are invited to play in a safe and loving classroom. There will be a Bible story and plenty of free play time with volunteers who love and care for each child. We have volunteers who are bilingual to meet the needs of our own congregation.
Elementary Children are to join their parents in the sanctuary at this time. There are Children Totes which are located at both doorways into the sanctuary with child friendly activities for each child to enjoy during the service.
Elementary children who are bilingual can join their families in Kincheloe Hall for an hour of praise and worship.
12:00 – 1:00
Preschool and Elementary children who are bilingual are invited to have a Second Sunday School guided by trained volunteers. They will hear Bible lessons, have a snack and play games.

- Summer camp opportunities at Camp Little Crossroads, Music Camp, Camp Piankatank
Outreach:
- Singing and playing games at the nursing home
- Visiting and taking “Thank You Bags” to the first responders at the fire station
